• Provide internal IT, hardware and application support including troubleshooting outages, retrieving and analyzing logs and performing root cause analysis;
• Develop and maintain a hardware asset database and track asset distribution;
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• This position also supports the maintenance and monitoring of the agency\'s IT system and computer equipment to ensure optimal accessibility for the end-users, including but not limited to staff members, clients, students, and program participants.

Required Qualifications: No Preference (Secondary, Post Secondary)Language required for the position: EnglishTerms and Conditions:

• Salary: $16.55 per hour
• Hours of work: 30 hours per week
• No. of weeks: 15 (Pending CSJ 2024 Funding Approval)
• Anticipated Start Date / End Date: May 22 to August 25, 2024

• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and;
