Rotor Maxx Support is a full service Transport Canada AMO with ratings in Aircraft, Structures, Components, Engines and NDT. We are looking for a cross platform systems administrator, IT support person for a permanent full time, on site position.
Requirements:
3+ years with Windows Systems Administration with Active Directory / IIS 3+ years with Linux Sys Admin like Red Hat, Centos , etc Experience Microsoft 365 Administration Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Duties
You will be responsible for IT related tasks throughout the company supporting the team. Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to employees of various IT levels. Setup and maintenance of company servers, workstations, printers, and other associated peripherals. Configures, monitors, and maintains cloud-based systems. Create and maintain a cybersecurity training program. Maintain or create documentation to detail procedures and processes within the IT department.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team including teaching others. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, cloud, and infrastructure. Experience with security administration and knowledge of security best practices.
Degree in related field an asset but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
