We\xe2\x80\x99re growing!! And looking for a passionate, driven and energetic candidate to join our team for the position of IT Supervisor located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

As our IT Supervisor, you will be a champion of continuous improvement through managing the overall IT infrastructure (Network, Storage, Cloud, Server, Communication and other IT based business devices) and following best practices and procedures. This hands on role coordinates the activities of the Infrastructure and Help desk teams while supporting our shared goal of creating meaning value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities.

What we look for:

• An IT infrastructure guru with the ability to effectively organize and prioritize the team\'s workload based on business needs (you see the Matrix and know how to operate in it).
• Someone who can deal with the gremlins that live in our servers so that we never experience downtime. Which means that you have an in depth knowledge of server and networking hardware, and are able to use various system performance and diagnostic tools.
• A sense of humour (not only do you think you\'re funny, but others do too!)
• Professionalism - it means so many things, but to us its about taking pride in the quality of service we provide to our customers.
• Ability to provide supervisor level coaching and guidance on performance management, career development, and employee relations issues, leadership development and succession planning.
• Post-Secondary Education (computer science, information technology or related) and 5 year\'s of system administration experience.
