Job Summary

This is a Resource Coordinator position, which has contracted Service Level Agreements (\xe2\x80\x9cSLA\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x9d), customer specific requirements, processes and procedures.

Reports To: Team Leader- Product Fulfillment

Areas of Responsibility

  • Preparation of quotes, product comparison and researching new products
  • Handling Customer requests
  • Entering and following up on orders
  • Technical Order Review
  • Communicate and Initiation/Tracking of all customer requests
  • Product Returns
General Functions

General functions include:
  • Reviewing all quotes and orders for Technical Correctness
  • Preparation of product quotes, comparison and research
  • Configuration of Systems and Networks
  • Proactive follow up on outstanding client orders and recommending alternate products when necessary
  • Liason with Order Coordinators, order desk, warehouse and Quality Assurance technicians
  • Executes rush orders
  • Communicate and initiate all customer requests
  • Facilitate Product returns
  • Project coordination
  • Liase with Vendors/Perform Groups
  • Keeping up to date with Client standard equipment and processes
  • Research of Assistive Technology based hardware and software for clients with disabilities
  • Coordinate Loan Agreements and Evaluation products
  • Distribution, vendor and Manufacturer relations
  • Ongoing Product training
  • Confirming server configurations with manufacturer technicians based on client needs
  • Ensuring orders meet target SLA\xe2\x80\x99s.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
  • The ability to perform each essential function and act as an Order Desk Coordinator
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all types of personalities.
  • Ability to work and supervise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, documentation, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent people skills, customer service
  • Strong knowledge of all IT services and processes support
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
