Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

IT Project Manager

to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and successful on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for IT/software implementation projects. Define project scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, external vendors, and stakeholders. Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, costs, and reporting. Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to leadership. Ensure smooth handover to operations/support after project completion. Drive continuous improvement in project management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

8-12 years of total experience

with

5+ years in IT project management

. Proven track record in end-to-end implementation and delivery of software/IT projects. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc. Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and team management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification preferred (not mandatory).

Good to Have

Experience working with global teams across time zones. Exposure to cloud technologies, digital transformation, ERP, or enterprise-grade applications. Vendor and contract management experience.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $35.98-$105.24 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
