IT Manager Who we are Quickpass Cybersecurity is a rapidly growing venture backed Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of Helpdesk Security Automation and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for the Managed IT Services (MSP) industry. MSPs in 13 countries depend on Quickpass to deliver its critical solutions. Quickpass offers two products: Q Desk and Q Guard. Q Desk empowers help desks by minimizing costly password reset tickets, providing technicians with tools to resolve tickets faster and eliminating social engineering attacks. Meanwhile, Q Guard proactively secures MSP sensitive privileged accounts from both external and internal threats and saves time and money with automation. Quickpass HQ is located in Vancouver, British Columbia. We are currently seeking an IT Manager.This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and experience as the company grows. We are looking for a driven and creative IT professional to help build and expand our internal IT capabilities at Quickpass Cybersecurity. In this role, you would support and improve IT services at a fast-growing, cloud-based, remote-first company. This role can be based in either Canada or the United States. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Support a growing end-user environment of 40+ users with Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android devices. \xc2\xb7 Manage and maintain 10+ SaaS solutions supporting the business. \xc2\xb7 Maintain secure authentication and single sign-on through Azure AD. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with management to design and build role-based access. \xc2\xb7 Design and automate new processes to help manage a dynamic and growing company. \xc2\xb7 Order hardware and software to support globally distributed employees. \xc2\xb7 Build processes and metrics to show the effectiveness of the program. o Create ticketing and SLA process. o Track service usage and project growth. Required skills and abilities \xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience managing SaaS solutions \xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting end-user devices. \xc2\xb7 Experience managing Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365. \xc2\xb7 A strong customer service skills and mindset. \xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. \xc2\xb7 A self-starter who is constantly looking for areas of improvement.
