The Senior IT Manager, Change Management & Employee Success is responsible for understanding the business overall goals, strategy, requirements, and objectives. This role will assist in leading the successful adoption of digital platforms for PSG business, ensuring that change management initiative aligns with the technology to provides maximum return on investment, adoption of change and linking IT strategy in support of the overall business/service line strategy.
The Senior IT Manager, Change Management & Employee Success, will lead the creation and execution of change management strategies that enhance employee adoption of some of the most consequential business and organizational IT-led initiatives. You will partner with key stakeholders across the organization to develop internal capabilities across the time horizon and drive tangible impact in how employees and customers experience Thermo Fisher. You will be expected to serve as a Subject Matter Expert and provide the coaching and innovation to advance the organization’s change capabilities.
