:

  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Technology Services in the Innovation and Technology Group.
  • Reporting to the Director, Corporate Systems & Business Intelligence, the successful candidate will lead a cross functional team, implementing our enterprise IT transformation vision and managing enterprise IT operations.
  • As the Manager, Technology Services for this high impact team, you will focus on delivering and supporting strategic IT initiatives for passenger, partner and operations experiences, as well as, supporting corporate office capabilities in a Microsoft centric enterprise systems environment.
  • You will also be responsible for leading IT services for Internet of Things (IoT) devices management, identity/access management, information management, parking and ground transportation, and digital signage capabilities at site.
  • The successful contribution of your leadership will be a positive impact on our passenger experiences, corporate operations, partner (airlines and tenants) engagement at the airport, employee efficiency with IT system and engagement, and the organization's sustainability agenda.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Understanding the organizational strategy and business objectives to apply innovating corporate technical solutions to implement our identity access management and information management vision
  • Executing the IT strategic vision in optimizing the integration, automation and use of our Microsoft Office systems and computer resources
  • Leading, scoping and running the implementation of end-to-end corporate IT initiatives and projects for ground services, Office 365, digital signage, communications, and support capabilities
  • Managing and evolving our vendor-provided IT support and service desk services
  • Understanding key trends with technology, new techniques and best practices in the capability areas mentioned above
  • Being the internal advocate for the transformation of the current ?analog culture? into a digital environment and optimizing the use of our IT assets and tools
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with our internal and external customers
Managing the department budget and tracking spend
  • Overseeing and driving a high performing team of Business and Technical Analysts - this includes ensuring that both day-to-day and project work is being managed appropriately, hiring, coaching, motivating and supporting developmental activities
Key qualifications include:
  • Critical thinker that challenges assumptions seek new ideas and understands the? why? and not just the? What"
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leading an IT department in a Microsoft centric corporate environment with of a staff of 15+ people using industry standard IT management methodologies and processes
  • Proven experience in corporate systems support, hardware provisioning, mobile device management and services delivery leveraging 3rd party IT service providers
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, engineering or a related field and working experience in a similar sized facility; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • ITIL, MS 365 and PMP (or similar Industry certifications and experience), managing and designing, administering, and supporting Microsoft centric enterprise corporate systems will be an asset
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of notable IT governance, support, deployment, and management concepts; knowledge of Agile/Lean/Service project management approaches considered an asset
  • Knowledge in IoT and related Smart Building technologies that are integrated in support of situational awareness and operational usage
  • The ability to understand a business problem and determine the relevant IT to make a recommendation or decision
  • Proven experience leading and motivating a highly skilled team of professionals with the ability to nurture a work environment that is proactive, flexible and responsive to change
  • A broad knowledge and understanding of information technology in order to communicate effectively with subject matter experts
  • Solid relationship building skills with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $62.00 per hourSchedule:

Experience:
  • Information Technology: 2 years (preferred)
  • ITIL, MS 365 and PMP: 3 years (preferred)
  • Agile/Lean/Service project management: 3 years (preferred)
