Summer Internship Overview:
Do you have a proven ability to take the initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, be tech savvy, and love solving problems with data and systems and improving efficiency at a workplace?

We are looking for a motivated and talented student who is driven to succeed. At JLL, we provide students with real work experience and the opportunity to learn from the very best through our Summer Internship Program (a fixed-term, paid internship). Gain valuable experience while working for one of Canada\xe2\x80\x99s largest commercial real estate companies!

Responsibilities: Tech Solutions Integration:
Learn best-in-class technology solutions such as Corrigo (JLL\xe2\x80\x99s own CMMS system), VFA (the industry\xe2\x80\x99s best Capital Planning software), and SharePoint.
Compare and reconcile assets/systems between Corrigo and VFA.
Learn and develop PowerBI reports for cross-functional teams.
Learn Excel\xe2\x80\x99s advanced functions, such as vlookup, if statements, and pivot tables.
Opportunity to learn and work with our JLL Technology consultants, who will perform a software feasibility study for our client.
Develop process map skills and learn to identify gaps and make adjustments in process maps.
Support Facility Managers and potential stakeholders with VFA questions and training.
Participate in weekly team/data governance meetings, intern meetings and mentor/mentee meetings.
Complete the end-of-the-year internship pitch presentation to the panel.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Technology, Data Management, Engineering, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration.
Experience in the commercial real estate sector is an asset
Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams; PowerBI/Tableau, etc.
Excellent attention to detail.
