What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - IT Project Manager Associate
Location: Virtual CA
Expected Start Date: June 2023
Contract Duration: 8 months
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working on research projects related to development, automation, data analytics or Customer success related assignments. You will be participating in planning and orchestration activities to execute the tasks, interacting with various stakeholders, facilitating their engagement & alignment to enable them to take important decisions. You will perform data analytics and find ways to represent information in best way to stakeholders. You will have a unique opportunity to bring your creativity and passion to drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.
Project management

• 
  Support program & project managers, to plan in various stages of project lifecycle, monitoring and reporting processes
• Evaluate project risks and plan measures to mitigate them
• Proactively Organize and prepare project meetings with team(s) and drive stakeholder engagement for success
• Be creative and formulate strategic plans to motivate the team, maximize value, and team success

Technical skills

• 
  Advanced excel skills and experience in VBA scripting for excel automation (Example: Ability to perform text extraction filtering with \xe2\x80\x93 Clean, Trim, Search, Find, Substitute, Split , Textjoin, Concatinate ; Xlookup, Index/Match)
• Working knowledge of web technologies Python programming, XPath, DOM model, Python Libraries -Pandas, Selenium, BeautifulSoup for data exploration, collection, data load, processing, and analysis
• Experience using programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL, python, postman and REST API\'s for integration testing and data management processes. Extract data from primary sources, excels, cleanse data, and maintain database systems with automation
• Working knowledge or some experience (good to have) - Jira, MS Project, Training will be provided
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Good to have- Working towards or completed Industry standard Project management certifications - CAPM, PMP, Agile, DevOps

Facilitation & Team working skills

• 
  Conduct Root cause analysis of product & Configuration issues
• Be open to learning and taking on leadership roles with help of your supervisor or buddy
• Support change management activities

  Undergraduate or graduate students\xe2\x80\x99 degree (from 2nd semester or later or be graduated in approximately 12 to 24 months)
• Studying in area of Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• Open to minimum 8-month contract
• Passion to work with people, plan, organize and complete tasks
• Has fluent English (oral and written) that can be in contact with customers and colleagues globally
• Has strong customer focus and communication skills (oral/written)
• Is a team player and contributes to a great environment
• Is a self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented individual
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools
