Provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical service and support to our customers.
Troubleshoots problems on customer systems requiring a high level of technical expertise.
Analyzes and applies technical expertise in correcting network problems as necessary.
Carries out proactive maintenance work on assigned service contracts.
Provides effective solutions to clients in an effort to resolve their concerns
Installation, support and maintenance for client systems, physical and virtual installations, public and private cloud deployments.
Design and configuration, administration and troubleshooting of various software solutions
Assists with integration of cutting edge technologies like IoT, 3G/4G/LTE, WiFi, BLE and various smart solutions
Occasional client site visits in the GTA for maintenance and support
Skills required:
Ability to work independently and without immediate supervision
Ability to learn and adapt quickly and effectively
Good understanding of project goals and priorities, capable of working well under pressure and with tight timelines
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Knowledge of MS Hyper-V and VMWare
Experience in cybersecurity will be an asset
Excellent communications skills, both verbally and in electronic format
Good driving record, some projects require onsite assistance
Good time management skills, able to work efficiently during various projects
Positive attitude, with appropriate sense of priorities, able to adjust his one schedule dynamically, when emergencies arise.
Available outside regular business hours, for emergencies or special projects
