Job Description


WBM is looking for a talented individual to join our Asset Management team. As a member of the Asset Management team you will work intimately with our clients and play a vital role in managing their Information Technology (IT) assets - ensure accurate invoicing, timely reporting, and seamless communication. Key to your role will be to gather, maintain, audit, and control all IT assets. You have demonstrated success in being detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to self manage multiple priorities. You are a problem solver who enjoys the challenge of working with complex data, and you sincerely embrace the opportunity to improve the overall client experience. You tackle difficult situations with an entrepreneurial mindset and can think creatively while collaborating with colleagues to create solutions that meet client\xe2\x80\x99s diverse needs and expectations. You will be utilizing some of the best technology in the industry to build out processes that will meet each customers unique requirements. As an IT Asset Management Administrator at WBM you
are passionate about the integrity of the data we collect, and, while technology plays a critical role in collecting and managing client data, you are most passionate about the ability to create deep and meaningful relationships with our clients. Our Asset Management team is a group of talented and unique individuals who demonstrate adaptability and perform their daily tasks with integrity, ensuring all clients needs are met. We solve big challenges and ultimately help our clients (both internally and externally) by providing trusted data that enables business decisions to be made regarding further investment in IT Assets.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record for attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, project management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to ever changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in project management, data analysis role, data mining
