Summary

We are seeking an IT Administrator to join our dynamic team at Jackpot Digital Inc. This role will be pivotal in maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations of our gaming products, and supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality gaming experiences. The position is based in Canada.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive data. Administer databases such as Microsoft SQL to ensure optimal performance. Develop and execute shell scripts for automation of routine tasks. Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues as they arise. Collaborate with development teams to support DevOps practices and enhance system efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve IT operations. Managing data backup and retrieval processes. Configuring servers, PC's, and other devices during field installations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role in a technology-focused environment. Strong knowledge of VMWare, Windows, Linux, Shell Scripting, and server management. Experience with Microsoft SQL database administration is essential. Familiarity with AWS services is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
