Job Summary


Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized invoicing Clerk to join their accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all invoicing tasks in the accounting dept . This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties



Invoicing Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail. Assist with data entry and ensure information is up-to-date in databases. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Support team members with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related fields is a plus. Previous experience in an invoicing role is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
