Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Invoicing Clerk

to join our team in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in billing and invoicing, with a working knowledge of HVAC services, parts, and terminology. This role is vital in ensuring timely and accurate billing, customer satisfaction, and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and process accurate invoices for residential, commercial, and service-based HVAC and Refrigeration jobs Verify job completion data, service tickets, and technician time sheets for billing accuracy Ensure all parts, labor, and service fees are properly accounted for in each invoice Collaborate with the service department to track job progress and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and customer interactions Communicate with customers regarding billing questions or concerns Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 4

years of invoicing or billing experience

, preferably in the

HVAC, plumbing, or construction industry

Understanding of HVAC terminology, considered an asset Proficiency in accounting or service dispatch software (e.g., QuickBooks, ServiceBox, ServiceTitan, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting coursework or certification is a plus

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
