- For Investors: We offer options for safe, profitable returns on real estate investment.
- For Buyers: We provide land options suited to your residential or commercial development needs.
- For Agents: We connect you with advisors, consultants, and marketing resources to succeed.
- Conduct extensive property valuations, investment committee submissions, and market and asset class research in conjunction with the Real Estate Investment Management team
- Provide ongoing support for monitoring the performance of direct real estate investments during the due diligence process
- Contribute to the ongoing asset management reporting requirements, including budgeting and period reporting
- Perform on-site due diligence during initial acquisition and ongoing support as needed
- Conduct detailed market research across all commercial & residential real estate asset classes
- Monday to Friday
- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
