This role is critical to maintaining operational accuracy, accountability, and visibility across departments. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in developing and maintaining efficient systems to track, audit, and report on all non-cannabis materials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of all
non-cannabis inventory
within Elevated Signals -- from procurement and receipt to production usage and reconciliation.
Maintain and enforce
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
for receiving, issuing, auditing, and reporting on packaging and materials.
Conduct regular
system and physical audits
to ensure accurate alignment between recorded and actual stock levels.
Generate and deliver
weekly detailed reports
on all non-cannabis materials, broken down by
type, quantity, and location
.
Collaborate with production, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure all packaging usage is accurately tracked in Elevated Signals.
Analyze usage data to forecast needs and
create inventory orders
based on
fluctuating production requirements
.
Oversee the
logistics and movement
of materials between storage, production, and distribution areas, ensuring traceability and accountability.
Train and guide staff on proper data entry, system usage, and inventory control best practices.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reporting clarity.
Skills & Experience

Experience in
inventory management, supply chain, or production operations

5+ years total
, with
2+ years in a supervisory or lead role

plan and assemble inventory orders

Understanding of
manufacturing workflows
