We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager with a strong focus on inventory control and accuracy to join our operations team. In this role, inventory management is the foundation--supporting and enabling efficient logistics execution and exceptional customer service.
You will lead the day-to-day oversight of inventory across internal and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, ensuring stock levels are accurate, timely, and aligned with order demands. By maintaining precise inventory systems and processes, you will directly empower the production, logistics and customer service to meet fulfillment targets, resolve issues quickly, and exceed customer expectations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead inventory control operations across internal and 3PL warehouses, ensuring real-time stock accuracy, visibility, and traceability.
Monitor stock levels and availability to support order fulfillment and logistics scheduling.
Perform regular inventory reconciliations, root-cause investigations, and adjustments to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain and optimize inventory data within ERP system; ensure timely updates on stock movements, receipts, and transfers.
Track and report on inventory KPIs including accuracy, shrinkage, fill rate, and turnover, with an eye toward continuous improvement.
Coordinate logistics to ensure inventory readiness aligns with inbound and outbound shipment schedules.
Support export and shipping documentation where related to inventory dispatch and control.
Work closely with customer service and production to ensure product availability aligns with order commitments and lead times.
Provide proactive updates to internal teams on inventory constraints or surpluses impacting service or fulfillment.
Collaborate with sales, production, and purchasing to forecast needs and manage inventory replenishment cycles.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements in inventory practices that enhance overall logistics flow and customer satisfaction.
Generate inventory reports and provide insights to senior leadership on trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain roles, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
Proven experience managing inventory within 3PL environments and leveraging ERP/WMS systems for stock control.
Deep understanding of inventory metrics and hands-on experience conducting cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
Strong ERP/WMS system knowledge; proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workflows under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build relationships across departments and with customers.
Problem-solving mindset with demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly and implement process improvements.
Team player with a hands-on approach, balancing leadership with active involvement in daily operations.
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
