Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software such as Made2Manage, or comparable platforms. Collaborate with production staff to conduct inventory audits, including physical counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of stock levels with system data. Provide reliable inventory data to support budgeting and financial processes. Apply analytical skills to enhance inventory control procedures and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

Demonstrate experience with ERP systems (e.g. Made2Manage or similar); familiarity with financial software is highly beneficial. Experience managing accounts payable within an inventory or manufacturing environment. Strong technical accounting skills, with the ability to perform detailed analysis; experience in financial report preparation is an asset. Knowledge of budgeting processes and the ability to supporting financial planning activities. Exceptional attention and strong analytical capabilities to quickly identify and resolve discrepancies. Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across departments and preparation of clear, accurate reports.

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
