Best West Pet Foods is a well-established pet specialty store with multiple locations throughout Manitoba and Ontario We are currently looking for a full-time Order Desk & Inventory Coordinator for our Head Office on Ellice Avenue in Winnipeg, MB.
In this role you will be required to:
Process and adjust orders; send to vendors and prepare invoices
Coordinate shipments with warehouse and store teams
Track incoming shipments and maintain order records
Run sales reports and ensure best pricing from vendor deals
Order supplies for stores, warehouse, and office
Manage warehouse receiving and weekly inventory counts
Investigate discrepancies and update product info in systems
Notify stores of pricing/tag updates and monitor inventory accuracy.

The successful candidate for this role should have the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
-Must be tech savvy and experienced in MS Excel and Teams
- Experience with inventory systems (POS, Sage 300 a plus)
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Business Administration degree would be preferred.
