We are looking for an organized, customer focused Order Desk, Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support daily order processing, shipping and inventory activities.
This role works closely with internal departments, customers, and carriers to ensure accurate, efficient and on-time deliveries.
Order Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:
Process and prepare shipping paperwork, load sheets, and custom documents. Complete and maintain order transactions in Sage.
Complete and maintain order transactions in Sage.
Communicate with customers and sales representatives to provide order and tracking updates.
Coordinate with internal teams and shippers to meet customer delivery timelines.
Process returns and manage shipment discrepancies.
Verify accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments and resolve inventory issues.
Support daily warehouse operations, transfers and logistics scheduling.
Maintain accurate records for shipments, orders and freight claims.
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Order Desk Coordinator Requirements:
2+ years of experience in order desk, logistics and customer service (distribution or manufacturing preferred).
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
High-attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Computer proficient.
