Job Description

Aplin has partnered with a growing organization to recruit a Customer Service/ Logistics Coordinator for their Quebec-based operation. This is a dynamic, hybrid role requiring strong customer service skills combined with warehouse supervision and logistics experience.
You will serve as the key contact for internal sales and client support, ensuring seamless coordination of orders, shipping/receiving, and warehouse organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to balance customer service responsibilities with efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Process customer orders and prepare accurate price and delivery quotes.
  • Source parts and cross-reference products, securing competitive pricing from multiple suppliers.
  • Provide follow-ups, analysis, and product recommendations to clients.
  • Resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer pricing, delivery schedules, and expectations.
  • Troubleshoot incomplete or incorrect orders on a daily basis.
  • Support outside sales representatives by coordinating all details related to customer orders.
Warehouse & Logistics
  • Oversee all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and data entry.
  • Organize shipping logistics: print work orders, select and package parts, prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and schedule pickups.
  • Manage incoming inventory: receive shipments, verify documentation, log entries in the system, and organize parts on shelves.
  • Ensure accuracy in order assembly and timely shipments, minimizing service errors and delays.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support office operations, including opening/closing duties, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Take ownership of maintaining a professional workspace.
  • Work independently with accountability for local operations.
  • Provide coverage and planning to ensure smooth workflow during absences.
  • Work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
Qualifications
  • Enrollment in or completion of a post-secondary program in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Purchasing, or Business Administration.
  • A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving and task execution.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and high personal standards.
  • Initiative and resourcefulness in developing effective solutions.
  • Positive, calm, and professional demeanor; able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous procurement or warehouse management experience is considered an asset.

Responsabilites
Service a la clientele et soutien aux ventes
  • Traiter les commandes des clients et preparer des soumissions precises sur les prix et delais de livraison.
  • Rechercher des pieces et effectuer des references croisees de produits, en obtenant des prix competitifs aupres de plusieurs fournisseurs.
  • Assurer les suivis, analyses et recommandations de produits aux clients.
  • Resoudre rapidement et efficacement les problemes afin de maintenir la fidelite des clients.
  • Developper une comprehension approfondie des prix, des calendriers de livraison et des attentes des clients.
  • Depanner quotidiennement les commandes incompletes ou erronees.
  • Soutenir les representants commerciaux externes en coordonnant tous les details lies aux commandes des clients.
Entrepot et logistique
  • Superviser toutes les operations de l'entrepot, incluant expedition, reception, gestion des inventaires et saisie de donnees.
  • Organiser la logistique des expeditions : imprimer les bons de travail, selectionner et emballer les pieces, preparer les bordereaux d'expedition, etiquettes et planifier les ramassages.
  • Gerer l'inventaire entrant : recevoir les expeditions, verifier la documentation, saisir les entrees dans le systeme et organiser les pieces sur les tablettes.
  • Assurer l'exactitude dans l'assemblage des commandes et la ponctualite des expeditions, en reduisant les erreurs de service et les retards.
  • Maintenir l'organisation et la proprete de l'entrepot afin d'assurer un environnement de travail securitaire et efficace.
Responsabilites additionnelles
  • Soutenir les operations du bureau, incluant les taches d'ouverture/fermeture, les systemes de classement et la documentation.
  • Assurer un environnement de travail professionnel.
  • Travailler de facon autonome tout en assumant la responsabilite des operations locales.
  • Prevoir et assurer la continuite du travail lors d'absences.
  • Effectuer des heures supplementaires au besoin pour repondre aux exigences operationnelles.
Qualifications
  • Inscription ou achevement d'un programme postsecondaire en gestion de la chaine d'approvisionnement, gestion des materiaux, approvisionnement ou administration des affaires.
  • Approche logique et methodique de la resolution de problemes et de l'execution des taches.
  • Solides competences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
  • Fiabilite, souci du detail et normes personnelles elevees.
  • Initiative et ingeniosite dans le developpement de solutions efficaces.
  • Attitude positive, calme et professionnelle; capable de travailler efficacement de facon autonome et en equipe.
  • Une experience prealable en approvisionnement ou en gestion d'entrepot est consideree comme un atout.
