This pivotal role is the engine of our stock accuracy, ensuring every piece of inventory is precisely accounted for and our systems reflect real-time stock levels.

What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities



You will be the core administrator for all inventory movement, focusing on system execution and accuracy across multiple platforms.

1. Inventory Flow and System Execution



Transfer Management: Accurately create, execute, and manage inventory files, Purchase Orders (POs), and transfer orders by location. System Reconciliation: Execute necessary inventory adjustments within the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system following receipts from stores and warehouses to maintain flawless records. Shipment Oversight: Coordinate with the warehouse on outbound shipments and follow up with store teams to ensure the timely and accurate receipt of goods.

2. Cross-Docking & Logistics



Process Coordination: Partner with the Cross-Dock team and logistics to accurately execute transfer data for cross-docked inventory. Discrepancy Resolution: Execute adjustments in the ERP based on actual PO receipts and make necessary modifications after stores confirm they have received the stock. Quality Control: Track and adjust for any errors during the cross-docking process, ensuring our system remains the single source of truth.

3. General Inventory Administration



Issue Resolution: Act as a first responder to troubleshoot and resolve common inventory-related system issues, protecting data integrity across all platforms. Compliance: Manage all general Inventory Adjustments within the ERP, including meticulous maintenance of required tracker documentation. Process Management: Oversee and execute administrative tasks for Pullback operations and the Damages & Defective process, working directly with stores and ensuring all corresponding system adjustments are completed.

4. Communication & Reporting



Clear Communication: Serve as a clear and effective communicator, providing necessary updates to store teams, logistics, and management regarding inventory execution timelines and needs. Data Entry: Maintain detailed records and support the creation of essential Excel reports on stock status and movement.

Requirement Details



Experience



Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in a retail, operations, or administrative environment. Prior hands-on experience in back-of-house operations, inventory receiving, or processing inter-store transfers is a strong asset.

Execution Mindset



Exceptional attention to detail and a reputation for being a highly effective executor capable of managing complex, multi-step system tasks without error.

Technical Skills



Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential. The ability to quickly learn and master inventory/ERP systems is required (knowledge of Business Central, Stocky, or Shopify is a plus).

Communication



Good written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional coordination with diverse internal teams. Export to Sheets
