Job Description

SUMMARY



This role provides administrative support to the various business units in the day-to-day operations of their part management. You would be required to administer parts inventory control, parts stock purchasing, parts consignment stock control, parts vendor stock returns, pricing and parts file management, and monthly reporting of KPIs to Management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Place OEM stock orders to maximize stock availability and reduce redundant stock inventories Place OEM and in-house parts stock transfers to maximize stock availability and reduce redundant stock inventories Monitor and ensure all branches complete their cycle counts to meet policies and control parts inventory variances Posting of physical count sheets to ensure consistency of cycle count results Adjustments of lost or found parts to communication variations to management and keeping controls over the parts inventory movements Creating and updating parts in operating system to maintain consistency of parts naming convention as well as pricing policies Reviewing parts Min/Max per plant requirements to allow for adequate parts stocking levels Marking sure that parts returns allowances are being fully utilized to maximize parts returnability and increase parts credits Ensure returns are shipped on time to maximize our credits recovery; Gather data such as but not limited to: back orders, aging returns, open transfers, aged POs, etc., from operating system and various reports to compile a weekly KPI report to provide accurate and timely information to the management team. Watch over aging and impairs parts inventory to reduce Parts obsolescence and financial provision Assist branches with parts core management to maximize returnability and credits recovery

CORE COMPETENCIES:



3y of relevant administrative work dealing with several internal and/or external customers. Multi-site support experience preferred. Time management organization A strong set of computer skills- Microsoft Office Suite multitask simultaneously Team player and calm in fast pace environment Logistics experience

RESUME



Ce poste offre un soutien administratif aux differentes unites commerciales dans les operations quotidiennes de leur gestion des pieces. Vous devrez gerer le controle des stocks de pieces, l'achat des stocks de pieces, le controle des stocks de pieces en consignation, les retours de stocks des fournisseurs de pieces, la tarification et la gestion des fichiers de pieces, ainsi que les rapports mensuels des indicateurs de performance cles a la direction.

TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES



Passer des commandes de stock OEM pour maximiser la disponibilite des stocks et reduire les stocks redondants Effectuer des transferts de stocks de pieces OEM et internes afin de maximiser la disponibilite des stocks et de reduire les stocks redondants. Controler et s'assurer que tous les sites Succursales effectuent leurs comptages cycliques afin de respecter les politiques et de controler les ecarts de stocks de pieces. Enregistrement des feuilles de comptage physique pour assurer la coherence des resultats du comptage cyclique Ajustement des pieces perdues ou trouvees aux variations de la communication ou gestion et controle des mouvements de l'inventaire des pieces. Creation et mise a jour des pieces dans le systeme d'exploitation afin de maintenir la coherence de la convention d'appellation des pieces ainsi que des politiques de tarification Examiner les pieces Min/Max en fonction des exigences de l'usine afin de permettre des niveaux de stockage de pieces adequats. S'assurer que les quotas de retour de pieces sont pleinement utilises pour maximiser les possibilites de retour des pieces et augmenter les credits de pieces. Veiller a ce que les retours soient expedies a temps afin de maximiser le recouvrement des credits ; Recueillir des donnees telles que, mais sans s'y limiter, les commandes en souffrance, les retours anciens, les transferts en cours, les bons de commande anciens, etc., a partir du systeme d'exploitation et de divers rapports pour compiler un rapport KPI hebdomadaire afin de fournir des informations exactes et opportunes a l'equipe de direction. Surveiller le vieillissement et la deterioration des stocks de pieces afin de reduire l'obsolescence des pieces et la provision financiere. Assister Succursales dans la gestion des pieces detachees afin de maximiser la possibilite de les retourner et de recuperer les credits.

LES COMPETENCES DE BASE :



Trois ans de travail administratif pertinent en relation avec plusieurs clients internes et/ou externes. Experience en matiere d'assistance multi-sites souhaitee. Gestion du temps l'organisation De solides competences informatiques - Microsoft Office Suite effectuer plusieurs taches simultanement Esprit d'equipe et calme dans un environnement rapide Experience en logistique
