Work location: 627 Plinguet Street, Winnipeg, MB, R2J 2W9 (work 5 days/week in the office)


Work mode: Office attendance - 5 days/week


Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM


Status: Permanent, Full Time

YOUR ROLE




Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities as an Accounts receivable and Inventory Administrator for 5 locations will be to:

Review accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively follow up on overdue payments; Review accounts receivable to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted; Process incoming payments via various methods (e.g., checks, credit cards, electronic transfers); Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions; Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies; Reconcile inventory counts for all Sollio Agriculture locations; Daily Inventory adjustments outside of inventory counts; Review and confirm costing of inventory; Review and post warehouse transfers; Review and post daily production.

YOUR ASSETS



You have a relevant experience in accounts receivable and inventory management; You have 3 to 5 years experience in these fields; You have a Diploma (College or University) in accounting (mandatory); You are familiar with Excel (an asset).
