Billing and Inventory Administrator

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work out of our office located at 90 Lowson Crescent, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

We are Manitoba's perimeter security specialists, providing residential, commercial, and industrial customers with quality products and services including fencing, gates, overhead doors, access controls, and more. The

Billing & Inventory Administrator

plays a key role in supporting our operations by ensuring accurate billing processes, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong attention to detail.

About the Role:



Billing & Invoicing



Prepare, review, and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries related to invoices. Collaborate with service and installation teams to ensure work orders are properly billed. Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing.

Inventory Management



Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for parts, equipment, and supplies. Process inventory transactions including receiving, transfers, adjustments, and returns. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits. Work closely with purchasing and operations to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

Administrative Support



Generate and analyze billing and inventory reports for management. Assist with vendor invoicing, purchase orders, and account reconciliations. Maintain filing systems and documentation for billing and inventory records. Provide general administrative support to finance and operations teams as needed. Other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:



Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or inventory administration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular); experience with ERP/accounting software is an asset. Strong numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Wage is negotiable based on qualifications.
