We are seeking a dynamic and organized Reception and Office Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities:



Reception



Greet visitors and clients warmly, managing front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy Answer and direct multi-line phone systems promptly, maintaining excellent phone etiquette Respond to telephone, email and in-person inquires from clients (internal and external) General clerical functions such as processing mail and letter/courier preparation Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders with vendors, and maintain vendor relationships for office needs

Administration



Handle bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks data entry Call and follow up with clients for outstanding payments Maintain organized filing systems--both physical and digital--for easy access to documents Data entry into spreadsheets and project management software Facilitate communication across departments by preparing reports, memos, and correspondence Other duties as required

Experience and Qualifications



Proven experience in administration or clerical roles within a professional environment Familiarity with QuickBooks software is highly desirable Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written with attention to detail and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
