Guarantee the relocation process is completed as per designated and specific task requirements.

Ensure proactive and timely communication with clients & relocation personnel through the complete relocation process.

Receive and follow up on enquiries from potential clients ranging from corporate, van line, the federal government and private customers.

Maintain detailed & accurate records on enquiries, shipment/customer information, pricing, storage & all third-party services utilizing Moveware management software.

Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure client expectations are exceeded.

Work as part of a team that manages the move process for clients, passing relevant information accurately to other team members as part of the coordination of a move.

Schedule services to and from ports, rail yards, and bonded facilities with our service partners.

Ensure all information and documentation are shared timely with our overseas partners as required.

Produce quotations and raise invoices as required.

Processing of bookings after liaising with dispatch, operational teams and personnel.

Preparing import and export documentation fully to the required standards.

Support & assist the International Team with designated projects.

Responsibilities could be altered as the company and the region grow.

Other duties may be assigned.

Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to gain the trust and respect of others and build relationships

Educational & job-related qualifications appropriate to skills required for the position.

Excellent client service skills; ability to interact in a positive manner with a variety of personnel. Able to work creatively with candidate requirements to ensure all parties\' needs are successfully met.

Adaptable/flexible; understands the dynamic international relocation environment;

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and having fun.

2 to 5 years of international relocation experience.

Valid driver\'s license (Non-GDL).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, Docs, and Gmail.
