ICO SPORTSWEAR LIMITED is a dynamic men's & women's fashion distributor with showrooms in Toronto and New York. We are seeking a highly detailed, organized and multitasking individual as our International Logistics Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Accountant and the President of the company, the scope of responsibilities includes the following: Shipping - execute all aspects of shipping from Europe, Asia and within Canada; Prepare all shipping documents accordingly: commercial invoices, packing slips, delivery waybills, etc.; Facility with Apparel Magic and Quickbooks a definite asset; Picking, packing, weighing and shipping of merchandise with FEDEX, couriers, and other delivery companies; Price quotations to be obtained in a timely manner from delivery companies; Tracking numbers on deliveries to be monitored from start to finish; Monitor and administer all shipments from Europe and within Canada; Monitor all sample collection shipments from Europe & Asia; Liaison with warehouse to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of goods; Excel spreadsheets pertaining to deliveries to be created, updated, and monitored on a regular basis; Phones to be answered and messages forwarded accordingly; Inventory - reports generated on a weekly and on a required basis to maximize sales; English speaking mandatory; only fluent English speaking candidates only please; and, French an asset, but not essential.Office is close to MIMICO train station - Etobicoke, OntarioJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $30,000.00 per yearSchedule:
