Position: Project Manager/Coordinator - Hybrid
Location: Saint-Laurent

We\'re searching for a skilled Project Manager/Coordinator to become an integral part of our client\'s dynamic IT team in the apparel retail sector.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of technical digital projects
- Coordinate the integration of third-party services and handle custom development efforts
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in collaboration with the development team
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices to maintain high-quality code
- Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed, refined, and ready for development
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and end-users to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and pain points
- Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria to effectively communicate product requirements to the development team
- Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning to define sprint goals, plan iterations, and ensure that the team is focused on delivering value
- Participate in product testing and validation to ensure that the delivered features meet the defined acceptance criteria and provide the desired user experience
- Engage with stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, share progress, and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Coordinate product launches and provide training to internal teams and customers to ensure successful adoption of new features

What you\'ll need:

- 5+ years of working experience in the same role or similar
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role, overseeing digital development projects
- Strong technical expertise in digital platforms and digital technologies
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum
- Exceptional ability to lead and inspire cross-functional development teams
- Knowledge of SEO principles and ecommerce-specific optimization techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within project timelines
