Are you a driven and detailed personality?If so we are looking for highly skilled people with excellent engagement skills to pursue a role as an International Admissions Adviser to connect with prospective students via phone, web, e-mail, virtually or in person. This role will lead prospective international student enrollment, give general information sessions about the college, respond to prospect inquiries.The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in web based systems, along with MS Office. The candidate will have previous sales experience where they have a proven track record in managing their business effectively. You must be able to build rapport with a diverse population of people and will be responsible for counseling prospective applicants on the admissions process, academic opportunities available and financial assistance options. You are also highly organized, detail oriented, and enthusiastic about working directly with people and getting the prospective student set up to join the college.Requirements

• Desire to help others succeed on a new path.
• A successful background in inside/outside sales, account/customer management or customer service is highly preferred.
• Must have direct experience in sales and/or marketing roles
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and be able to work independently
• Must be able to listen effectively and provide professional feedback and guidance
• Strong critical thinking skills used in overcoming obstacles, conflict resolution and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to meet and exceed set monthly/quarterly/annual organizational goals.
• Proficiency in MS office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
