The Intern, Inventory Support Coordinator will support the Project Leaders with supporting route settlement, cycle counting and researching inventory discrepancies. The intern will learn the flow of a case through supply chain. Functions will include collecting and providing data to finance manager.



The Internship Program will begin on May 15th and end August 11th, 2023.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...

  Route Settlement support \xe2\x80\x93 using tools to verofy invoices, cheques etc.
• 
  Collect data for potential cost cutting initiatives for operations

• 
  Work on special projects \xe2\x80\x93 collect data for cost reduction on straight truck and trailer
• 
  Warehouse initiative \xe2\x80\x93 increase the productivity in the picking department

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...

• 
  
  Are currently pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Business, Logistics, Finance or a related field (Second or third year undergrad or first year Master students);
• 
  Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community;
• 
  Have previous related internship experience (an asset);
• 
  Are detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated and willing to take initiative;

• 
  Are not afraid to get acquainted with your team and business partners, quickly building relationships;
• 
  Master Office suite programs and applications;
• 
  Have strong time management and organizational skills: you will manage priorities and multiple projects at a time all while ensuring to meet deadlines.
