We have an opportunity for a Production Support Coordinator.

Job Summary

The Production Support Coordinator reports to the Production Support Manager for all activities relating to administrative duties and special projects to support Operations in accordance with the requirements outlined in Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

  • Completes Batch Documentation Review
  • Provides project support including project scheduling
  • Completes the Scrap Report on a monthly basis.
  • Assists in purchasing consumables and inventory management, completing AX transactions.
  • Prepares training packages, training documentation and assist the Operations Trainer as needed.
  • Create and update production Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Batch Records (BR) including initiation of quality processes (DCR, CCR).
  • Conducts Production Quality Process support and tracking; including DIRs, DCR, TCR, CAPA, NATR, ROPES, QCP and QAT support.
  • Complete and support batch documentation review.
  • Provide project support including project scheduling and facilitation.
  • Collects data and prepares reports for continuous improvement initiatives (i.e. OEE, Scrap).
  • Assists in purchasing consumables and inventory management, completing AX transactions.
  • Prepares training packages, training documentation and assist the Operations Trainer as needed.
  • Organizes meetings, conference calls, video conferences and take minutes as required.
  • Provides memos, reports, Power Point presentations, letters, agendas, itineraries, and any other such confidential materials and/or administrative support as required.
  • Provides assistance on a wide range of organizational, departmental projects, and other duties as assigned.
  • Follows GMP and regulatory requirements and ensures quality standards are met.
  • Observes and supports all safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Demonstrates the Company Mission, Vision and Values Statements, policies, and current standard business practices.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications

Education
  • Degree or diploma in a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' Administrative experience, preferably in an Operations environment.
  • Experience within a Pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independence with a proactive approach to solving problems; innovative thinking and meeting challenges tenaciously with a positive attitude.
  • A self-learner with expertise in balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal business hours.
