We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a talented Intermediate Graphic Designer to bring their A-game to our creative team. Experience in conceptualizing and creating for print, branding & identity, video, web, UX/UI and working in a fast-paced environment is ideal in the successful candidate.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work with and inspire a team of designers with a focus on designing visually pleasing assets across multiple mediums. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also collaborate with our developers to create end-to-end progressive and intuitive websites in Sketch.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll get to flex your skills. With your proven experience in creating appealing and interesting assets across multiple mediums, you\xe2\x80\x99ll produce consistent designs for print, branding & identity, video, web, UX/UI, and presentations in keynote and PPT.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
• Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
• Create compelling design for print, branding & identity, video, web, UX/UI, and presentations in Keynote and PowerPoint
• Conduct team meetings and design critique sessions
• Keep up with design trends and stay current on new design software and techniques
• Review projects and provide feedback to ensure design integrity for all platforms and deliverables
• Supervise, coach, and develop other graphic designers
• Report on the status of all projects to the Creative Director
• Keep calm under pressure when timelines are tight

Requirements

What you must have:

• Diploma in Design, Marketing, Advertising or related field
• 5+ years working experience as a Graphic Designer or similar title in an enterprise, agency or consulting environment
• Exceptional knowledge of video editing in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong experience in UX activities such as designing flows, wireframes and prototyping
• Experience on end-to-end design projects from concept to implementation (print and digital)
• UX/UI knowledge, Sketch/Figma and prototyping proficiency
• Desire to learn and push the envelope
• Self-starter, problem solver with time management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A portfolio that features your technical abilities and aesthetic style
• Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Sketch, Keynote, PowerPoint
