The Role*
Are you a creative storyteller looking to immerse yourself in a brand? Are you looking for ownership from end to end in compelling creative and branded campaigns? If so, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to design impactful marketing and sales materials that drive brand love and customer engagement. We are looking for a creative and resourceful team member with strong experience in graphic design \xe2\x80\x93 specifically packaging and video-editing. You Will*

• Create marketing materials including but not limited to; promotional content, social media content, launch content, sell-in content
• Output various media forms including static and motion graphics, data visualization, music and voice overs to create professional grade video-content
• Conceptualize and develop packaging for brand including mock-ups, technical die lines and print-proofing for a variety of products, refining and expanding upon current brand aesthetics.
• Responsible for designing sales materials from concept to completion; coming up with original and impactful designs, catalogues, sell sheets, tradeshow booth materials, and ensuring a consistent and powerful brand experience that is relevant to Canada Pooch\xe2\x80\x99s target audience
• Develop digital graphic applications for product launches; designing and exporting emails, social ads & channels, website images/banners, image sourcing/making selects, look books, PR decks, and marketing campaign elements
• Assist with coordinating photoshoots (concepts, preparation and execution), editing product photos, lifestyle photos and creating realistic photo manipulations, as well as creating post production briefs
• Provide direction to any in-house or freelance graphic designers in the creation of graphic design content, oversee project briefings and delegate tasks
• Responsible for overseeing all phases of development, creating concepts based on key insights, designing, revising, troubleshooting, cross functional alignment, coordinating multiple resources and ownership of final artwork

What You Bring

• Bachelor/Diploma relevant to Graphic Design
• 3-4 years experience in graphic design or related role
• Must be very strong in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PremierePro or AfterEffects
• Ability to do competitive research and analysis
• Ability to take creative initiative and ownership when given a rough concept
• Excellent eye for detail, great communicator and team player
• Works well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
