About This Opportunity


In this role, you will be designing a wide variety of traditional graphic elements and online assets to help support our in-trade initiatives. We are looking for a self-starter who is capable of delivering creative ideas while maintaining incredible attention to detail.

Responsibilities


  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
  • Coordinating with outside suppliers, as well as internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Communicating with stakeholders about layout and design.
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for print production and online assets.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.


Qualifications


  • Post-Secondary education in graphic design or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a graphic designer or in a related field
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. (please include link with your resume)
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, design, corporate identity and product packaging
  • A strong eye for visual composition and detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
