About the Job: The Designer will provide creative direction and design for all assigned projects and, in so doing, advance the strategic direction of PaceCreative as a leading creative agency. The Designer will design and produce personally assigned client projects across print, digital, and web, that may include Print Communication, Corporate Identity, Product Packaging, Event Collateral, Web Design, and Video. As an integral member of the Design Team, the designer will work collaboratively with fellow designers, producers, developers, and project managers. What we expect from our Designer

• Upon receipt of the creative brief, you must research to acquire an in-depth understanding of client needs, branding, and past projects, if any, and familiarize yourself with the client\xe2\x80\x99s industry and strategic marketing objectives.
• Schedules meeting with the PM or/and strategist to review parameters of the project, to understand the content hierarchy as well as discuss concept(s). Advises strategist on issues or questions for the client to finalize scope.
• Based on project and client type, ensures clarification and shared understanding of desired creative process flow for the project.
• Delivers high-quality design, ensuring alignment from concept to completion with the client\xe2\x80\x99s branding and marketing strategy.
• Carefully proofreads all work prior to uploading for sharing with the team.
• Participates cross-functionally with the strategist and developers to provide production support that ensures designs work from development or production perspective and to review content and workflow.
• Shows continuous growth and improvement in design capabilities, proficiency across various project types required technical skillset and character traits.
• Stays on top of design trends, tools, techniques, and inspiring new websites, and shares insights with the team.
• Actively participates in design meetings, lunch, and learns; celebrates the achievement of milestones and project successes.

Project and Process Management

• Effectively manages personal productivity and time management to deliver projects on time and within budget, accurately documenting a time in internal ticketing software.
• Communicates proactively with the Project Manager to avoid foreseeable timing conflicts to help ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Follows documented Design guides for completing each project type as per agency standards.
• Follows procedures for the use of the server (such as version control and storage capacity).
• Uses agency best practices for quality assurance to review the final product before client delivery.

Additional Technical Contribution

• The designer may have an additional area of interest or expertise to be developed as time and workflows allow.

• Comfortable receiving feedback and applying it.
