Are you a passionate and caring healthcare administrator with a high attention to detail who may be interested in joining an exceptional team of dedicated professionals working to provide outstanding care in the Greater Hamilton & Burlington Area. The Intake Coordinator completes day to day intake duties and other office tasks as required.
The Position:
Responsible for patient intake including receiving and processing referrals using in-house documentation systems
Documentation validation and reviewing
Collaborate with internal and external administrative and clinical staff
Complete data entry and maintain accurate documentation
Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information

Qualifications
:
Education
Minimum Grade 12 Education
Completion of Office Administration or Healthcare Administration Post-Secondary an asset
Experience
6 months Data Entry or Coordinator experience is an asset
Computer Skills
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Applications, and Adobe
