Travers Law is seeking a highly motivated, organized and customer service-focused candidates for the role of Intake and Fee Quote Clerk at our Guelph office! The ideal individual will possess strong communication skills, be efficient with various computer programs and be open to new tasks and duties. We are a fast-paced, high volume real estate law firm who needs a candidate that can manage their own workload and be part of the larger team. Experience in Microsoft Office, Unity and Adobe are assets, but not required.

Those with a diploma in the Legal Office Administration field are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

Review residential Agreements of Purchase and Sale for standard information, open files within the firm's database and contact clients and realtors to gather initial information. Communicate with new clients and referral sources during the initial opening stages of a file. Input necessary client information/data into the electronic file and order necessary searches, payouts, etc. Provide thorough and accurate fee quotes to potential clients and sell the value of Travers Law to gain new business.
A probation period of six months will apply, beginning on the candidate's start date.
