Fournir une assistance t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phonique sup\xc3\xa9rieure

  • prise en charge du syst\xc3\xa8me d\'exploitation Windows
  • Prise en charge des applications Microsoft (Office, Exchange, Active Directory)
  • Utilisation du syst\xc3\xa8me de billetterie pour escalader les billets (ils utilisent Remedy)
  • Utilisation d\'un syst\xc3\xa8me de t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phonie automatis\xc3\xa9
Comp\xc3\xa9tences:
  • 2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience OU une combinaison acceptable d\'\xc3\xa9tudes, de formation et/ou d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience fournissant des services d\'assistance technique en technologie de l\'information dans les syst\xc3\xa8mes d\'exploitation pour les clients, les logiciels d\'exploitation de r\xc3\xa9seaux ou les produits de bureau commerciaux pr\xc3\xaats \xc3\xa0 l\'emploi (\xc2\xab COTS \xc2\xbb). L\'assistance technique peut inclure des r\xc3\xa9initialisations de mot de passe, des probl\xc3\xa8mes mat\xc3\xa9riels li\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 des p\xc3\xa9riph\xc3\xa9riques endommag\xc3\xa9s, des probl\xc3\xa8mes li\xc3\xa9s aux logiciels tels que des applications qui ne r\xc3\xa9pondent pas, l\'identification d\'incidents de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 tels que des virus et des logiciels malveillants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide first level phone support
  • Supporting Windows operating systems
  • Supporting Microsoft Applications (Office, Exchange, Active Directory)
  • Using ticketing system to escalate tickets (they use Remedy)
  • Using an automated telephony system
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-year experience OR an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience providing Information Technology technical support services in client operating systems, networks operating software or commercial-off the-shelf (\xe2\x80\x9cCOTS\xe2\x80\x9d) office products Technical support can include password resets, hardware issues related to damaged Peripherals, software related issues such as non-responding applications, identification of security incidents such as viruses and malware
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Enhanced security clearance
DURATION : 6 months + Possibility of extension of 2 years
