Responsibilities

Actively

prospect, network, and secure

new clients to build your personal portfolio Conduct

outside sales activities

and community outreach to attract clients and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals. Build and maintain

strong client relationships

to ensure retention and generate referrals Create and manage your own

pipeline of leads and opportunities

Utilize market knowledge to identify

growth opportunities

across Commercial and Personal Lines Communicate

policy options and coverage

details clearly to clients Use

telemarketing

and digital outreach to expand your reach

Negotiate terms and premiums

to suit client needs

Qualifications

Proven experience in

insurance sales

is preferred Strong relationship-building and

interpersonal skills

Excellent

communication and analytical abilities
