Licensed Life Insurance Sales Advisor (LLQP Certified)
to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building trust, delivers thoughtful financial guidance, and thrives in a results-driven environment. What You'll Do
Conduct in-depth assessments of each client's financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance
Recommend customized life insurance and financial products that align with client objectives
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through transparency and consistent support
Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates
Manage client records and documentation with precision and attention to detail
Identify opportunities for clients to expand their financial strategies beyond insurance
What You Bring
A valid and active LLQP license (in good standing)
At least 3 years of experience in life insurance sales with a strong closing record
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset
Ability to clearly explain financial products and build trust quickly
Comfort working with CRM systems and digital sales tools
Self-starter mindset with a passion for ongoing learning and professional development
