We are looking to add an Insulation Technician to our team.

We are a full-service insulation & contracting business. Our longstanding commitment to service and quality has helped us positively grow in Manitoba's new home construction & home improvement markets. We specialize in new construction and renovations, servicing homebuilders, general contractors, property managers and the home owning public.

The position of Insulation Technician plays an integral roll in our team providing key services to our customers. We specialize in blow-in insulation, spray foam, wall cavity insulation, and insulation removal. The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials. Health and dental benefits after 3 months.

We are looking for individuals who have strong interpersonal skills, can think on their feet and problem solve while working effectively in a team with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Valid Class 5 drivers license required. No criminal record.

Prior insulating experience Construction experience Building envelope knowledge Class 3 Drivers License
Main Responsibilities:

Install loose fill insulation in residential and commercial buildings Install dense pack insulation in wall cavities in residential buildings. Install frame, fiberglass batt insulation, and poly vapour barrier. Insulation removal by vacuum extraction equipment. Helping Spray Foam crews when required. Prepare materials, equipment and work areas Utilize the workspace, products and equipment safely and responsibly General tool use including basic skills with hand tools Interact with customers, co-workers, and supervisors clearly, professionally and respectfully Ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment and tools. Other duties include quality checks, maintain equipment on truck, complete all paperwork accurately.
