We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Spray Foam Helper/Insulation Installer

to join our team. Experience in spray foam/insulation is preferred but not required--

we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Assist spray foam crew and install batt & poly, and blown-in insulation for residential and commercial projects Prepare job sites and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently Operate and maintain insulation equipment, including spray foam rigs Follow safety protocols and company guidelines Work effectively to meet deadlines Keep job sites clean and organized Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure job quality and efficiency

Qualifications

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and confined spaces Valid driver's license (Air brakes endorsement a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Certifications (WHMIS, First Aid, UFC, Fall Protection) are an asset but not required

Compensation

Pay range will be $30-$32/hr based on experience. Travel pay
