Position Summary
We are currently hiring Instructors, Teaching Assistants, and Classroom Observers to support a range of academic and practical massage therapy subjects. These roles are ideal for professionals who are enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring students in a collaborative, student-centered environment.
Responsibilities
Instructors:
Deliver lectures and practical demonstrations in accordance with the established massage therapy curriculum.
Follow standardized course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools provided by the college.
Facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences for students in both academic and hands-on settings.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback aligned with program expectations.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and class participation.
Uphold professional and educational standards in the classroom and lab environments.
Teaching Assistants:
Support instructors during lectures and practical labs by reinforcing course material and assisting students.
Guide students through techniques and practice sessions, ensuring alignment with program standards.
Help prepare and organize instructional materials, equipment, and classroom setups.
Monitor student progress and report observations to the instructor or program coordinator.
Clinic Observers:
Attend student clinics and labs to teach students about the instructional process within the massage therapy program.
Observe teaching methods and student engagement to prepare for potential future instructional roles.
Assist as appropriate, be responsible for the student clinic personally and under the direction of lead instructors.
Maintain a professional presence in the learning environment, observing confidentiality and academic standards.
