Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Advanced Massage Therapy is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our online booking system. Manage client inquiries and provide information about our services. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Confirm appointments and manage cancellations. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Experience with appointment scheduling software is a plus. A positive and professional attitude.
Schedule:
Part-time Evening shifts and some weekends Flexible and willing to pick up shifts as needed
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $15.80 per hour
