Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at Advanced Massage Therapy on McPhillips. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and visitors at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
• Utilize Juvonno clinic management software for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and typing correspondence.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and front reception area.
• Support management and office staff with various tasks as needed, including basic bookkeeping, by submitting insurance, scanning & filing documents, and collecting payment.
• Handle inquiries related to medical office procedures when applicable. ie answering questions to the best of our ability about insurance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred, particularly in a medical or dental office setting.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
• Familiarity with Juvonno is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
