Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
-Direct Billing, Dealing with Insurance Companies, Payroll, Answering Client Questions, and working with our Employees.
-Being Reliable, and Dependable is of the utmost of Importance.
-Willingness to jump in and help out, when required is a must.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Being able to handle pressure, and remain calm in busy situations.
-Demonstrating calm when dealing with our clients, keeping customer service top of mind.
-Treating our Employees with respect, and looking for ways to work together as a team.
-Being creative, and retaining clients, and helping the over all growth of our Company.
