Delivers instructions to students in the Educational Assistant Program.

Supervise, evaluate, and advise students in the Educational Assistant Program.

Work as a team member with the Educational Assistant Program Head and other base instructors.



QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)

Diploma in Nursing or Practical Nursing or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Two years recent/relevant work experience including experience in personal care, home care, or continuing care.

Effective interpersonal skills.

Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

Effective instructional ability.

Demonstrates valuing diversity.
