High Prairie School Division is seeking an

Instructor

Educational Assistant

to provide instructional support in a

congregated classroom

for

Grade 8 and Grade 9 K & E students

.

Key Responsibilities:

Support instruction and learning activities in

Knowledge and Employability (K & E) Math

. Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and reinforcing key concepts. Provide individual and small-group support to ensure student understanding and engagement. Implement strategies to promote student success in a supportive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet the diverse needs of students. Other responsibilities as assigned by the teacher/Principal.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience working with junior high students is an asset. Strong skills in

mathematics

and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Patience, flexibility, and the ability to build positive relationships with students. Educational Assistant certification or equivalent training/experience preferred.
